TUMIKOM is introduced in the last issue of CIVICUS (World Alliance for Citizen Participation)
electronic bulletin. TUMIKOM is also a member of CIVICUS
and TUMIKOM general coordinator is one of the delegate of the organization. TUMIKOM
is introduced to other members like this:

TUMIKOM is an electoral initiative working to protect the rights of the electorate
and strengthen democracy in Turkey located in Istanbul. TUMIKOM is working to
build more responsive institutions based on its vision of a sustainable democracy
where citizens and elected officials have the highest possible regard for ethics
and the rule of law. Its purpose is to increase voter awareness by informing the
public about elected officials, publishing its reports regularly and keeping social
memory alive. TUMIKOM's monitoring report which covers the activities in parliament
of around 550 MPs is published annually. It has conveyed universally that parliament
