THE MEETING OF EASTERN AND SOUTHEASTERN REGIONS' PROVINCES VOLUNTEER REPRESENTATIVES OF TUMIKOM WAS MADE IN MARDIN

TUMIKOM Eastern and Southeastern Regions' provinces volunteer representatives meeting was made in Mardin on 10-11 March. The meeting was made by the host of Mardin representative Musa GÖKÇEN with the contribution of 13 representatives in Mardin Artuklu Kervansaray Hotel. General Coordinator of TÜMİKOM Mustafa DURNA, TÜMİKOM Coordination Board member and Denizli representative Fazlı GÜRCAN, Coordination Board member and Bursa representative Vedat PARLAKGÜN, Coordination Board member and Burdur representative A. Selçuk BARAN, Board member Yusuf DEDE (İstanbul), İzmir 2nd region representative Hasan KAPLAN, Malatya representative Raşit ALAÇIK, Gaziantep reprsentative Dr. Filiz ATALAN, Diyarbakır representative Osman AKSEL, Van representative Zelal ÖZGÖKÇE, Hakkari representative Necip ÇAPRAZ, Siirt representative Cumhur KILIÇÇIOĞLU, Şırnak representative Mustafa ŞAN and Mardin representative Musa GÖKÇEN joined to the meeting. TUMIKOM press declaration was made in Artuklu Kervansaray Hotel with the contribution of Mardin press. Mardin representative Musa GÖKÇEN was introduced to the media and the works that will be done in Mardin were explained. And the aims and the works of TUMIKOM were declared by Coordination Board Members. Then, TUMIKOM pin was put on to the new volunteer representatives Musa GÖKÇEN (Mardin), Mustafa ŞAN(Şırnak) and Cumhur KILIÇÇIOĞLU (Siirt) by TUMIKOM General Coordinator Mustafa Durna. In the meeting, it was announced that the 8th Turkey Summit of TUMIKOM will be held in March in Antalya and what will be programmed before the general elections held in November 2007 will be discussed by TUMIKOM in the Turkey Summit. Move from this announcement, the general problems and needs of the voters in those regions were discussed by the participators. The importance of the preparations to the Turkey Summit of TUMIKOM was mentioned to the participators.
